Shipping Options:

For orders outside Australia:

Unfortunately we do not post outside of Australia, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.  However, customers within China may order through our WeChat shop, which can be found here.

For orders delivered within Australia:
Shipping is free of charge where the order subtotal is $100 or greater

$10 where the product subtotal is less than $100

$15 for Express Shipping

If you wish to calculate delivery cost, add the item to your shopping cart. You will then be able to see the final delivery cost of your order when you reach the checkout stage, before you complete your online payment. 

Delivery:

Delivery times may vary according to product type and delivery address.

  1. When the order is shipped within Australia using Standard Shipping: Please allow 5-10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays) for most locations from the date the order was submitted. For orders delivered to Northern Territory and Western Australia: Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays) .

  2. When the order is shipped within Australia using Express Shipping: Please allow 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays) for delivery from the date the order was submitted. 

Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

The final amount payable to Living Pure will be the sum price of each product ordered as shown on the Living Pure website at the time of ordering, along with shipping costs and any other fees (such as subscription fees) you may have previously agreed to pay (via electronic consent) to Living Pure.

 

Refunds/Exchange Policy:

Because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, our refunds and exchange policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure you have read the following carefully so that you are certain of our obligations to you and what your rights are under this policy.

Only items that have been purchased on the Living Pure Australian website can be returned to livingpure.com.au for any refunds or exchanges. 

Living Pure does offer a refund or exchange if you happen to change your mind within 28 days of purchase or delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. We will give you a refund using your original payment method.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
