Living Pure is proud to share that all of our honey varieties are sourced from the pristine forests just outside South Eastern Australia. Every pot or jar of honey is maintained at about 35 degrees celsius during the manufacturing process; which is the same temperature found in the hive. During summer and warmer months, the temperature changes to about 40 degrees celsius. This ensures the high quality we source is never lost.
All of our honey varieties contain real honey. There are no cheap fillers and artificial sweeteners added. We take pride in stocking only the best honeys we could find. Our honeys are of such high quality that they change consistency in cold weather, like Mother Nature intended. Unlike some other honeys on the market, our honey contains only what we tell you, we hide nothing. So you may notice that in cold weather, our honey thickens and crystallises or forms granules. This is a normal process for honey. Simply warm the honey crystals by placing the jar in a bowl of warm water and allow the honey to ‘melt’ back to its original form.
All of the Living Pure honey varieties are beautifully sweet and tasty. However, this is not at the expense of our health. The sugars in Living Pure honeys are bound to a good carbohydrate, fibre, which assists the body in digesting and absorbing the sugars. The fibre part slows down the digestive response which is good news for our waist size and also for helping to balance blood sugar levels.

Our Manuka Honey is harvested from the blossoms of an Australian native myrtle tree, the indigenous Leptospermum Polygalifolium bush, which is renowned for its potent antimicrobial and antibacterial qualities. It has been found to have the most powerful anti-bacterial properties of honey in the world.
